 Located in the original Butternut Bakery in the heart of downtown Fredericton, BrewBakers is a multilevel restaurant with a labyrinth of interconnected dining areas, each with its own unique character. 

Our courteous staff will provide you with a memorable dining experience, whether guiding you through our extensive wine list or helping you with your entrée selection. Our newly expanded Cosmo Bar is a great place to meet either before or after dinner, with an extensive selection of premium liquors and liqueurs, single malt scotch and premium bottled and draught beer.

BrewBakers open kitchen concept envelopes the Guest into the total dining experience unlike anywhere else in New Brunswick. Our menu features thin-crust pizza, pasta, salads and great entrée choices. Featuring a daily lunch buffet in our Courtyard Café and nightly dinner specials that run the gamut from seafood to steak to wild game. We offer the most decadent dessert selections in town, however for those with special dietary needs we can customize your dinner selection to meet allergy, vegetarian or health concerns.
