Marc Guitard
Background
Marc's Resume includes working
for the Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick. He also worked at Digby Pines
Hotel and The Algonquin. He started his own
catering company called the "Singing Chef" and sang A capella songs while
he prepared the food.
Trained
His formal training took place at the Edmunston CCNB.
How he got into cooking
"I've always
loved it, since I was a kid. I was always in the
kitchen.
