Marc Guitard

Background
Marc's Resume includes working for the Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick. He also worked at Digby Pines Hotel and The Algonquin. He started his own catering company called the "Singing Chef"  and sang A capella songs while he prepared the food.

Trained
His formal training took place at the Edmunston CCNB.

How he got into cooking
"I've always loved it, since I was a kid. I was   always in the kitchen. "

First thing he ever cooked
"Fried Rice. After school, I used to cook it for my friends. They loved it and kept coming back. "

"At the Windjammer, Delta Beauséjour."

"A sales man in the hospitality industry. "

"A pearing Knife, because it is versatile and you can do a lot of things with it."

"Vegetable Terrine, didn't put enough gelatine in it and it was falling apart , what a mess."
