Treena MacLeod
Background
Born in Montague, PEI, Treena has been involved in the food industry in some
fashion from a very early age.
Trained
The Culinary Institute of Canada in Charlottetown, PEI.
Worked
Treena started her career working as a private chef for J.D. Irving Ltd. In
1992, she spent the summer working for Rodd Brudenell River Resort in Cardigan,
PEI. After that, Treena spent the next seven years at the Confederation Centre
of the Arts, Charlottetown, PEI, working first as Sous Chef and working her way
to the Executive Chef position. In 1999, Treena spent the year teaching at
Holland College, PEI before joining Piazza Joe's in 2000.
