Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

Method

  1. Beat cheese and sugar until all the small lumps are gone and it is nice and creamy.
  2. Add salt, beat eggs in one at a time, add sour cream and beat for a couple of minutes.
  3. You may add any number of different flavors such as 7oz melted chocolate, 1oz liqueur, ¼ cup of coffee essence.
  4. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes and then turn the oven down to 200º for at least 35 minutes more.
