Method Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet until hot. Add beef, cook 2 to 3 minutes until no longer pink. Add stir-fry vegetable mix; prepare according to package directions. Stir in rice. Spoon about 1 cup rice mixture into each tortilla, wrap up and serve immediately.
