Asian Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1lb 5-oz package frozen stir-fry vegetables with sauce packet
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 6 - 8 to 10 inch flour tortillas, warmed

Method

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet until hot. Add beef, cook 2 to 3 minutes until no longer pink. Add stir-fry vegetable mix; prepare according to package directions. Stir in rice. Spoon about 1 cup rice mixture into each tortilla, wrap up and serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
