Roast Pork
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp powdered garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp ground bay leaves
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp fresh ground pepper
Method
- Before placing the roast on the grill, you should trim all of the external fat from the roast and then rub it down with mixture of the above herbs
- Let the roast sit in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours. Then place it on the side of the grill away from the heat - preheated to about 300 degrees - for an hour.
- Check the internal temperature of the meat with a thermometer and then remove it when the roast reaches a doneness of 155 degrees.
- Serve and enjoy!
