Roast Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp powdered garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp ground bay leaves
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp fresh ground pepper

Method

  1. Before placing the roast on the grill, you should trim all of the external fat from the roast and then rub it down with mixture of the above herbs
  2. Let the roast sit in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours. Then place it on the side of the grill away from the heat - preheated to about 300 degrees - for an hour.
  3. Check the internal temperature of the meat with a thermometer and then remove it when the roast reaches a doneness of 155 degrees.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
