Californian Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2-4 large flatbreads of your choice
  • 8 oz. chicken, pork or beef, cut into bit size strips
  • ˝ onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced into strips
  • 4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp teriyaki, honey garlic or sweet & sour sauce.
  • ˝ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method

  1. Over medium heat, heat oil in a saucepan or wok.
  2. Sautee onions, green peppers, mushrooms until they start to soften and toss in the chicken, pork or beef and the sauce. 
  3. Cook until meat is done and set aside.
  4. On each flatbread, spoon some of the cooked mixture and sprinkle with the cheese.
  5. Roll each flatbread and serve.
  6. Enjoy!
