Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 cups reserved drippings from turkey
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- pinch pepper
Method
- Strain drippings into 4 cup measure.
- Add water or chicken broth, if necessary, to equal 2 cups.
- Place remaining ingredients in small mixing bowl.
- Add small amount of drippings to flour mixture.
- Stir until mixture is smooth.
- Add back to remaining drippings, stirring with whisk until smooth.

Microwave at high for 6 to 8 minutes, or until mixture thickens and bubbles, stirring 2 or 3 times.
