Salmon in Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp dill

Method

  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. 
  2. Cook salmon 10 minutes per inch of thickness. 
  3. Turn twice, add salt and pepper to taste. 
  4. When salmon is done remove to hot platter.
  5. Put sour cream and dill in skillet and turn heat off. 
  6. Sour cream should be warm after a few minutes. 
  7. Pour over salmon.
  8. Enjoy!
