Grilled Ginger Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 x 5oz Atlantic salmon steaks
Marinade:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp soya sauce (low sodium)
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger root
Method
- Pour Marinade ingredients into a shallow marinating pan and stir.
- Place salmon steaks in marinade for 30-60 minutes (be careful not to over marinate).
- Remove steaks from marinade and place on a hot grill turning the salmon until it becomes flaky in texture.
- Remove from grill and place on a plate.
- Garnish with a little fresh ginger root and a small sprig of fresh dill.
- May be complimented with diced fresh pepper rice and a vegetable stir-fry.
