Grilled Salmon Steak

Ingredients (Serves two)
- 2 - 6 oz (170g) salmon steaks.
Marinade
- 1/2 cup (125ml) honey
- 1/2 cup (125ml) soy sauce
- 1 tsp (5ml) fresh ginger, chopped fine
Method
- Combine marinade ingredients. Brush salmon steaks with marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Place on grill and cook for approximately five minutes on each side. Brush often with marinade.
- Cooking time will vary with the heat intensity of the grill, and degree of doneness desired.
Estimated cooking time around fifteen minutes. Note: These salmon steaks could also be cooked under the oven broiler with the same delicious results.
