Steamed Mussels with White Wine and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. mussels, washed and cleaned
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped course
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped course
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a pot, mix well
  2. Cook over med-high heat until mussels open. Discard any un-opened mussels
  3. Serve at once
  4. Enjoy!
