Mint Tea

Ingredients

4 tsp Chinese green tea
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 small bunch fresh mint
4 cups boiling water

Method

  1. Place tea, sugar and mint in a warmed tea pot. 
  2. Pour boiling water into pot. 
  3. Cover. 
  4. Allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
