Broccoli and Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 2 large Broccoli, florets separated
- 2 large Cauliflower, florets separated
- ¼ cup Italian flavored breadcrumbs
- 4 large Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 3 tbsp. Olive oil
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
- Cook the broccoli and cauliflower until almost done, drain well.
- In a large non-stick frying pan melt the butter with the olive oil and sauté the garlic.
- Add the broccoli and cauliflower to pan.
- Cover with breadcrumbs and cheese.
- Turn the heat on med-high and turn often.
- Breadcrumbs will start to brown and stick a bit, scrape bottom often.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot. It should be somewhat crunchy.
