Vegetable Stuffed Pitas

Ingredients

  • 1 Pita Bread, cut in two
  • 1 cup assorted chopped vegetables
  • 1-2 tbsp creamy style salad dressing
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

Method

  1. Open each half of the pita bread into a pocket. 
  2. In a bowl, toss vegetables, dressing and cheese.
  3. Spoon half of mixture into each pita pocket.
  4. Enjoy!
