Caesar Salad & French Onion Soup this side of Montreal" French
Onion Soup made the traditional way with port and red wine only using
Swiss cheese. The French Onion is newly renovated and expanded
to seat over 30 people. It's peaceful European setting in Robinson
Park is just around the corner from Main Street, the Capital Theatre and
the Hub of downtown Moncton. Chef Marc Guitard also has a catering
business "The Singing Chef"
where he sings while catering to
his guests. 
The
famous house specialty French onion soup is made the traditional way with
port and red wine using the original Swiss cheese. They also have a
wonderful Caesar salad which compliments many French Canadian and local
favourite dishes.
The
French Onion has a wide variety of wine selection with wines from all over
the world and is an ideal place to step back into time and enjoy a
traditional European/French Canadian Meal and wonderfully friendly
service.
