Guaranteed Persons
Please advise our Catering Sales Manager of the "Guaranteed Number" of guests to be served 72 hours in advance. The Holiday Inn reserves the right to relocate functions to alternate rooms.

Service Charges
Banquet function rooms are provided on a complimentary basis. A labor charge of $30.00 is applied to all meal service groups numbering less than 20 people. A bartender charge of $50.00 is also applied to all Cash or Host bars with less than 100 people in attendance. All of the above prices are subject to 15% HST.

Food Service and Specialty Meals
In addition to the enclosed menus, our Executive Chef would be delighted to design menus to your specifications including any special health or nutritional concerns.

Regulations governing our food service license require that all food served for your function must be supplied by the hotel kitchen and not from external sources or suppliers. We should be pleased to purchase specific products on your behalf when available and at our costing.

Beverages
Our beverage service licenses do not permit the service of beverage items supplied by external sources, including donations. All alcoholic beverages served in our function rooms must be supplied from regular hotel inventories.

Audio Visual Equipment
Please contact the Catering Department directly for help in planning and pricing your audio visual needs.

Credit and Deposits
If invoicing is required, please allow three (3) weeks for processing your request and establishing credit. Payment on all accounts is net 30 days. For private parties and weddings, a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required at time of booking. Fifty percent (50%) of the estimated balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the event, with the balance due with confirmation of guaranteed numbers.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received at least 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the scheduled event in order to avoid a cancellation fee consisting of fifty percent (50%) of anticipated revenue. Cancellations not received within a 72-hour period will be subject to a cancellation fee of one hundred percent (100%) of all anticipated charges.

Supervision and Damages
The hotel reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions. The hotel does not assume responsibility for personal property or equipment lost, stolen, or damaged, prior to, during or after any stay or function at the hotel. Charges for damage to hotel property caused by function participants become the convener's responsibility.
