The Lucy Maud Dining Room is situated overlooking the Charlottetown Harbour with the best view in the city.  Whether you are enjoying a sunny summer day or a glorious winter afternoon the Lucy Maud provides the most picturesque view of the enchanting harbour.  The Lucy Maud is operated by the Culinary Institute of Canada.  All meals are prepared and served by the Culinary Institute of Canada and the Atlantic Tourism and Hospitality Institute students and staff.  They are open year round, offering unique dining experiences as the restaurant serves as a teaching venue which is highly supervised by staff.

The decor and ambiance are second to none in Charlottetown as the Culinary Institute has very high standards of education and public service.  This fine dining experience will commence with your introduction to the Maitre'D and be warmly continued by the highly trained service staff and the opportunity to meet the chefs that prepared your culinary adventure.

Menu items include the famous seafood chowder, homemade soups, salads, focaccia bread, Asian pork to name just a few. The entrees include pasta, prime rib, mushroom and goat cheese stuffed chicken, cornish game hen, and many more.  The Chef's International Special is the daily coup détat.
