Pastificio Pub & Eatery, Italian for Pasta Factory, is located just off the main lobby of the Holiday Inn Express Moncton.  Specializing in Mediterranean fare the pub and eatery offers a unique Mediterranean atmosphere, with a fully bilingual staff.  The menu features fresh Pastaman dishes, gourmet thin crust pizza, Italian roasted chicken and ribs, fresh AAA grade steaks and so much more.

Pastificio Pub & Eatery specializes in high end menu items and uses only the freshest ingredients in all main dishes.  For instance, the fresh pasta is shipped from The Pastaman, a high end manufacturer from Halifax, Nova Scotia, and the AAA beef is freshly cut from a local butcher.  Pastificio Pub & Eatery takes pride in quality, so if you have any concerns please let them know, to allow them to make it right.
