Chilled Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients:
(serves four)
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 3 dashes TABASCO sauce
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 4-6 cloves fresh garlic
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 filets anchovies
Method:
- Read and organize all ingredients.
- Add pureed ingredients to may and refrigerate.
- Place all ingredients except mayo in a food processor.
- Cut 1 head romaine lettuce into 1/2 inch pieces, wash and pat dry with paper towel, and refrigerate.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly oil a cookie sheet.
- Place Valley House breaded chicken tenders on tray in oven for 5-7 minutes. Turn tenders over and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Add dressing to romaine and mix well. Place in 4 large salad bowls. Place 3-4 Valley House breaded chicken tenders on each salad.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garnish with a lemon.
- Enjoy!
