What if I want to
order multiple gift certificates from a restaurant?
After you have decided what restaurant you want to
purchase gift certificates from, follow the instructions given to
continue. An order form will be displayed. Fill in the quantity
amounts you need for any of the denominations given and continue
filling out the rest of the form. It is important that you fill
out all the required information marked in red, otherwise, you will
not be able to complete your order
For every quantity requested, you will receive a separate
gift certificate. For example, if 2 is typed in for the $10.00 denomination
box and 2 is typed for the $25.00 denomination box, then a total
of 4 gift certificates will be issued.

What if I want to
order gift certificates from several different restaurants?
If you would like to order from more than one restaurant,
a separate order will have to be submitted.

How is my payment processed?
After completing your order, your order and payment
information will be processed within one regular business day. As
soon as the credit card transaction has been approved, you will
receive an email confirmation including an official receipt, transaction
authorization number and your gift certificateâs serial numbers.
You will need this information when making inquiries about your
order.
Credit card information will only be used to process
the payment for your order. Once we receive an authorization number
from your credit card transaction, your credit card number will
be removed. All credit card information will be used solely between
DineAid.Com and the credit card institution involved, for the purposes
of processing payment transactions for authorized orders. We will
not at any time give out or sell credit card information to any
person or organization.

How long does it take to
process my order?
Once you have submitted your order, it takes no longer
than one regular business day to process your order and credit card
payment. Ex. If an order is submitted at 3:00pm, it can take up
until 3:00pm the next business day before being sent for the
delivery option chosen You will receive an email confirmation including an official
receipt after processing is complete. The processing of your order
does not include the delivery time. Read "What
are my delivery options?" for delivery times.

What if I want to cancel my
order or return a gift certificate?
DineAid.Com Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for
cash at any time. An order may be cancelled only by the original
purchaser before the order has been processed. Orders usually take
only one business day to process. There cannot be any returns of
gift certificates after the order has been processed. If you have
not received a confirmation email for your order, indicating that
your order has not been processed, then you may contact
us to cancel your order.

What are my delivery
options?
DineAid.Com offers three options for delivery. All
options use Canada Post and the prices are in Canadian Dollars only.
This delivery charge is applied only once to every order. An order
may contain multiple gift certificates and will have the delivery
charge applied only once.
Option 1: Standard Delivery $2.00-this option
is sent through regular mail and is the most economical. It usually
takes 3-10 business days to receive your order.
Option 2: Express Post $7.00-This option allows
you to receive your order in 2-3 business days.
Option 3: Priority Post $15.00-This option
allows you to receive your order the next business day. Next day
delivery may not be available for all destinations. If next day
delivery is not available, your shipping will be the same as the
Express Post option above and will be delivered in 2-3 days. The
shipping charges will reflect the delivery option used to ship out
your order.
All delivery times above apply only to the delivery
and does not include any processing time needed to fulfill your
order. (Read "How long does it take to
process my order?")
All the options listed above are in accordance with
Canada Post's usual delivery timelines. There is no delivery available
for Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

How long does it take to
receive my order?
Every DineAid.Com Gift Certificate order requires
one regular business to process. The length of time to receive an
order will not be longer than our processing
time and what is specified by the delivery
option chosen.

What if I don't receive
my order?
If you don't receive your order within the time stated
for the delivery option selected for your order, please contact
us . Please mention your name, phone number and serial numbers
if available. The serial numbers are listed on the confirmation
email sent to the purchaser.

How can I add a personal message
to my order?
We issue each of the Gift Certificates
ordered, individually and we can place a custom message on each.
You can simply type your message in the ãCustomized Greetingä box
on the order form, and your message will appear on all the gift
certificates you ordered.
If you are ordering more then one Gift Certificate and would like
to add different messages to each certificate, you may type your
daytime telephone number in the ãCustomize Messageä box, and a DineAid.Com
representative will contact you for all the details. This service
is available only during our regular business
hours.

Can I use my gift certificate right away?
No. When you receive your gift certificate, you will be asked to
call our office to confirm receipt. You will need the home telephone
number of the recipient as well as all the serial numbers from each
certificate. The serial number is located at the bottom right corner
of each certificate. If confirmation of receipt is not done within
14 days from the order date, the gift certificates will be invalid
and unusable. If confirmation is done after the 14 days has passed,
the certificates can be re-activated.
