The Texas Longhorn invite you to try our house specialty Carn Asada. Carne Asada is a very lean steak marinated in beer for at least three days. Starting May 15, if you try this great Spanish dish you will be able to fill out a ballet for your chance to win a trip to Texas! The contest runs until August 14 when we hold our "Great Carne Round up" party to draw the winners name! Make sure you are present, otherwise you can't win! And congratulations to Sal Ariganello, winner of the Big Meat Eat 2002 be devouring a 102 oz steak in only 55 minutes!
